Odd number? Round up to the next even number. 31" becomes 32", a size 12.

Example: a 32" band and a 35" bust is a 3" difference, so a 12C.

Go by your hip measurement first. Between sizes? Size down, because our cotton gives a little over time. Only size up if you want a looser fit.
