Back when I was little, my gran and our namesake gifted me my first sewing machine.

Valerie has been a long time in the making. Since that first sewing machine, I've made all kinds of clothes, and for years, custom lingerie on a one-off basis for people who asked. Real people, real bodies, real conversations. I loved it.
I wanted to find a way to offer that same care to more people. Lingerie that's beautiful and ethical and actually fits, without asking you to pick just two of those things. And so Valerie was born.
Valerie the gran is always living her best life and always knows exactly what she wants. That's the spirit I wanted to honour. Whatever your size, whatever your shape, if you've ever wanted lingerie that just fits, you're exactly who we made this for.
