How to measure

All you need is a soft tape measure and a minute or two. Measure over bare skin or a thin, unpadded bra.

For bras

Measure in inches. Our band and cup sizes are based on inches.

    Measure your band

    Snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust. Odd number? Round up to the next even number, so 31" becomes 32".

  2. 2

    Measure your bust

    Around the fullest part of your bust, level with the floor. Round to the nearest inch.

  3. 3

    Find your cup

    Take your band away from your bust. The difference in inches is your cup: 1" is an A, 2" a B, 3" a C and so on.

Breathe out gently when you measure your band, and keep the tape level all the way round.

For briefs

Measure in inches or centimetres. Your hips matter most.

    Measure your waist

    Around your natural waist, just above your belly button. Snug but comfortable.

    Measure your hips

    Around the fullest part of your hips and bum, feet together, tape level with the floor.

  3. 3

    Find your size

    Go by your hip measurement first. If you land between sizes, size down, because our cotton gives a little over time.

Size down. Our organic cotton stretches and softens over time, so the smaller size will fit you best for longer. Only size up if you actively want a looser fit.

Bralettes and briefs

For bras, your bust measurement matters most. For briefs, go by your hips.
