Valerie Returns & Refunds Policy

Every Valerie piece is crafted with care, made to order especially for you. Because of this, and for hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. We encourage you to take your time choosing your size, colour, and style - this is your moment to feel confident and celebrated.

Finding Your Perfect Fit

We want you to feel incredible in your Valerie. Please use our size chart and your body measurements to guide your choice, rather than relying on your usual size. If you’d like personalised sizing support, our team is here for you - just email us at admin@valerielingerie.com.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order isn’t quite right - whether it’s faulty or not what you ordered - please contact us within 30 days at admin@valerielingerie.com. Please note items damaged through wear and tear are not considered faulty and can’t be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and sent back with proof of purchase. Returns are shipped to our Wellington, NZ address.
