Making and shipping
How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order in our Pōneke studio, so we cut and sew your piece after you order. It usually ships within 5 to 7 days, then it's on its way to you.
How much is shipping?
New Zealand: $7, or free on orders over $150.
Australia: $25 AUD, or free on orders over $240 AUD.
United Kingdom: £10. United States: $10 USD. Everywhere else: $50 NZD.
You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to Australia, the UK, the US and most other countries. Rates are listed above.
Sizing and fit
How do I find my size?
Use the size calculator on any product page or our Sizing page. Measure your underbust and fullest bust in inches for bras, and your hips for briefs. We'll work out your size from there.
What sizes do you make?
Bras come in cups A to JJ with bands 6 to 30. Briefs come in sizes 6 to 30.
I'm between sizes. Which should I choose?
Size down. Our organic cotton softens and gives a little over time, so the smaller size will fit you best for longer. Only size up if you actively want a looser fit.
Can you make something outside your size range?
Yes. Because everything is made to order, we make outside our standard sizes all the time. Send us your measurements before you order and we'll sort it out with you.
Are the bras wire-free?
Yes. All our bras are wire-free, with lift from a flexible underbust elastic instead.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my order?
Every piece is made just for you, so for hygiene reasons we can't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. That's why we put so much into helping you get your size right first. If you're unsure, message us before you order.
What if something is faulty or wrong?
Email us at admin@valerielingerie.com within 30 days and we'll refund or replace it. Wear and tear isn't counted as a fault. You can read the full refund policy.
Fabric and care
What are your pieces made from?
95% organic cotton and 5% spandex, with cotton labels. Our cotton is OEKO-TEX certified.
How should I wash them?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag, or hand wash. Please don't tumble dry.
Gift cards and more
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, from $50 to $300. They're emailed straight away, and a gift card is a great choice if you don't know their size. Buy a gift card.
Do you give back?

How quickly do you reply to messages?
Usually within 1 to 2 business days. Rosie reads every message herself.
